I do believe every boy should have a chance to play with a doll as well as every girl should have a chance to play with a car.
But what do you do when your 22-month old is in LOVE with police cars, ambulances, fire trucks? :)
It amazes me that at this age he so well recognizes each type of car. He already knows 3 brands of cars (Renault, Volvo and Tico- Daewoo) and is able to recognize them on the street - even I am not able to do that!
